Our Fulfilment Promises

Our order fulfilment service aims to make the operations side of your business hassle free and easy to manage. We have a number of promises we offer to do just that:
  • If an order is received before 5pm we will have that item pick pack and dispatched on the same day no matter which carrier you are using. In some cases, the cut off time is extended to 7pm, however, this is dependent on the carrier and the way in which they operate.
  • Our software will alert you when your goods have arrived and when they have been fully accounted for and confirmed which will be within 3 hours of arrival to our Goods In depot.
  • Returned orders are rapidly processed and will have been completed within three working days of arrival from Tuesday to Friday.
  • We perform regular weekly tests on random SKUs in your inventory to ensure an accurate inventory is being kept which helps avoid lost sales or overselling an item that is close to going out of stock.
We have an in-house IT department which handles our software and can offer you integrations with any of the major sales platforms that have an API. Amazon, eBay, ETSY, Channel Advisor, Noths and Linnworks are just some of the sales platforms we can integrate with as well as website content management systems such as WordPress, Magento, Woo Commerce, Shopify and Big Commerce our software means you have a central point of reference for all your stock management.
