Although our software can be used as your centralised Order Management System, we can connect directly to Linnworks, Channel Advisor or Bright Pearl if you prefer.

3 pick and process procedures to suit all order types.

Fulfilment is our business, and through experience we know what works and what doesn’t work. We understand that the more an item is handled, the more likely it is to be damaged. We understand that in a competitive market, it’s essential to keep costs to a minimum, and we understand that the customer rates their purchase based on their entire experience – starting from the point they checkout!

Our intelligent software evaluates each order, and (based on the product type and order appearance) will allocate it to one of three picking methods.

Single item order requiring no additional packing. Ideal for large bulky items, furniture, white goods, gym equipment, etc.

Order is identified based on attributes set on a SKU-by-SKU level. Customers order is allocated to a picker and assigned to a batch.

The batch is sent to the picker’s wireless handheld device.

They are directed to a location, and once both the location and the item have been scanned, a shipping label is presented from the operative’s mobile printer worn on a belt strap.

The order is marked as dispatched, and the customer instantly receives an automated email notification of dispatch, along with the carrier’s tracking links.

Single item order requiring additional packing. Ideal for clients who want to include a printed dispatch note or additional marketing materials.

Order is identified based on line items on the customer’s order.

The admin team generate a pick list, and assign to a warehouse operative.

Using their wireless handheld device, the operatives are routed through the warehouse and collate all items on their pick list, which is then taken to the packing stations.

An item is retrieved from the pick bin, and the barcode scanned. This pulls up the oldest order waiting for this item.

The operative packs accordingly, and scans all used packaging to ensure that the retailer is never overcharged for packaging supply.

A shipping label is printed, and the item is scanned again as the package is sealed.

The order is marked as dispatched, and the customer receives an automated email to confirm dispatch, and issued with any relevant tracking links.

Multi Item Order

Order is identified based on line items within the customer’s order.

The admin team generate a pick list, and assign to a warehouse operative.

Using a pick trolley with barcoded tote bins, the operatives are directed through the warehouse to retrieve all items on the pick list.

Their handheld device informs them of the location of the item, the item itself, and which tote bin to place the item. All of which are barcode scanned to ensure accuracy.

The tote bins are taken to the packing stations, and the packer scans the barcode on the tote box, at which point they are presented with the customer’s order.

At the point of packing, each item in the tote is barcode scanned to ensure complete accuracy on the order.

All packaging is scanned to ensure that the retailer is never overcharged for packaging.

A shipping label is printed, and the order is marked as dispatched.

The order is marked as dispatched, and the customer receives an automated email to confirm dispatch, and issued with any relevant tracking links.
