Our Service Level Agreements (SLA)

When you join Cync you can expect a higher standard of service. Our service level agreements are born from experience within the retail sector, and because we know what’s important to you to maintain your seller ratings and feedback, we make that important to us too.
  1. All orders received on the system before 5pm for all carriers are dispatched that day.
  2. All orders – carrier dependant – received on the system before 7pm are dispatched that day.
  3. Goods in notifications are issued a) at the time of arrival, and b) fully counted and confirmed within 3 hours of arrival.
  4. Returns are processed within three working days of arrival, Tuesday through to Friday.
  5. Random SKU counts on a weekly basis to guarantee inventory accuracy and avoid oversell and lost sales.

Our investment

We recognise that the difference between a warehouse and a fulfilment centre is technology, and as a result we have invested significantly in bespoke software designed to marry perfectly with the various profiles of stock held for our expanding client base.






 





Through technology driven processes we can dispatch a treadmill or a teacup in under 1 minute, and by doing this we not only keep costs of dispatch to a minimum, but create a positive experience for the buyer with regular real-time notifications – all of which are represented in your feedback scores.

An in-house IT department offers you integrations with any sales platform with an API. Working with Linnworks, Amazon, Ebay, Channel Advisor, ETSY, NOTHS, as well as website platforms such as Magento, Wordpress, Woo Commerce, Shopify and Big Commerce, we can offer you one centralised point of inventory and multi-channel order management.




 
Our cloud-based software gives you complete visibility on all activity. Cync offer the functionality to alert you to low stock warnings, returns reports, and to send instant order update notifications to your selling channels and customers.
Branded email notifications, tracking links and returns notifications are all standard with our cloud-based software. Couple this with insights such as low stock warnings, instant goods in notifications and daily dispatch reports, and you have the same insight into your operational activity as if you were running it in-house.



 

Account Management

When you join us as a client of Cync, you are allocated an Account Manager whose sole responsibility is to ensure we work as an extension of your business.

Your Account Manager is on hand 24/7 to offer support and the link between you and your logistics operations.

They will bring you recommendations on presale activity, low stock warnings, returns manifest and reporting as well as alerting you to any potential QC issues with your goods in, and proactively work with you to help you grow in an increasingly competitive sector.
